Choose a service and dates, and share your pet’s details. This starts a request — not an instant booking.
We check availability and confirm your price
Kelsi reviews your request and gets back to you with your sitter, dates, and price — before any meet & greet.
Meet your sitter and get set up
Every new client has a meet & greet with Kelsi or their sitter and completes our new-client forms before the first visit.
Your booking is confirmed
Once the meet & greet and forms are done, we confirm your sitter and dates — and your pet is ready for care.
Returning clients can usually just send a request — we'll let you know if anything needs updating.
Pricing & payment
We confirm your price before your meet & greet. Cash, check, and Venmo are accepted.
